We start the Fall East Coast Swing on September 21, 2008 at a track that is known as one of the quickest on the East Coast. US 13 Dragway in Delmar, Delaware is 15 ft above sea level with an up-to-date racing surface. We race this track with the right neighbor, the NAS Naturally Aspirated Series group. Rich at NAS has built a program around Brute Horse Power. The cars featured in the SuperCar ShootOut run strong in the paths of these great racers. You know what comes with a great hook? Your best 60 foot! To quickly follow that is a new record or personal best.

just some info for the racers. the weekend of the 21st is the dover race. hotels will be hard to find. they rent hotels from as far as jersey, pa. and md. delmar is almost in maryland. also there is nothing to do in delmar as far as i know. if you need a hotel it may be too late. if you want to camp out i got almost 3/4 of an acre. sorry house is ownly 2 bed room. i am about an hour or so from delmar in the town of clayton de. 19938. if you need any help let me know.

Thanks for the info. Phil, We were asked to do a two day at this event but because of the Nascar Race I reconsidered and made it a Sunday Only. Come and race, have fun, and head home. This is an easy ride for most if not all that would be going to Delmar. Should be fun and fast! I heard alot of good things about this track. Can't wait

actually i told steve vanderwall i was having rear end trouble thats why i was late getting there and he said...... oh your bringing your wife!

marisa thought it was funny, but then i did warn her about drag racers.

one thing i almost forgot. watch your speeds going through anytown past. the police like to take out of staters money. and it is nascar week end also. there will be three small towns on south bound 13 watch for the decreaseing speed limit signs. i went to the ram race last year and was next to a enclosed trailer with out of state tags, both of us were speeding and cop got him. good luck and be safe hopefully i will get to this one.
