Is it the smell of burning rubber billowing from a detroit wheel well, or the sweet smell of race fuel as you pour it into a most timid looking stock fuel tank?
Maybe its the scent of spent gases, wafting from the lumpy idle of your buddys classic muscle car, or the feeling of crossing the finish line just ahead of the other guy
What ever it is it is so addicting it should be illegal
There are so many close match ups,and the tires play such a critical roll, that it can be anyones race
Will, I beat ralph? Who knows!
Will ken save his seasoned tires for atco and tighten the field?
Will shawn be able to tame a known animal?
Who will try to take down Dr.Suess

This is why we go....5 6 700 or more Hp on skinny tire, with stock appearing suspension, etc.

What drives me to do this? For me this is all about using our Musclecars the way God and Detroit intended them to be used. The second part is to include as many old and new friends in the memories I make. Many car enthusiasts that own Musclecars similar to ours have never even gone down a dragstrip :nuts ! I was that type of enthusiasts at one time, a long time ago. Then I realized that my Musclecars, had all been used hard and put away wet at one time or another before they became precious paper weights. Now I can say I enjoy every aspect of owning a MuscleCar, from the show field at Carlisle to the dragstrip to the 300+ mile trips cruising our beautiful country :USA

Gentlemen remember one thing, you are only a caretaker. Once you move on or die :sick the only thing left is the memories you made. One day someone will google us and look at the beautiful canvas we all got to take a part in and paint. I can't say it enough, thanks for the great memories and friendship we have forged together :winner

Can't we all just get along.....................NOT!!!!!! The driving force is burnt high octane, burnt rubber, screaming engines , that nice pop from a radical cam at idle, great people and good times.

Super Stock Dodge's are allowed?...I always thought it should be. In 1964 there were street versions sold told the public; full interior, steel nosed cars...fair game IMO. The GM boys, allow the ZL1's, it's about time we let some Mopar Thunder loose on those Bigh Block Cheveies;)
