We are excited to officially welcome Pure Stock into the SuperCar Family. We want to give our current and future Racers a venue to Showcase their Pure Stock MuscleCars. SuperCar Races prides itself on being the leader in American MuscleCar Racing. In 2011, We will be featuring a venue for all Legal Pure Stockers to take part in. Our Rules will be posted on December 1, 2010.

We are moving forward at a rapid but cautious pace. In the next couple of months, we will appoint a Rules Committee that will represent the majority of the Pure Stockers. Our Goal is to give the Pure Stock community a series of events to take part through out the season on the Eact Coast. This new series will enforce all rules with NO exceptions.

Welcome!

This is the direction I would like to go with my Chevelle, now that I have the Nova for the Stock Appearing Class

Thanks Ralph, for opening this door for the northeast region!

Who is out there that likes to see this as another venue for the pure stock racers to run!

I think a 2 or 3 day event would be the way to go!

I see jim lerum is on here.....jim what do ya think?

I think it is needed. Timing is everything. I think you could field quite a few cars for an event. Rules will be important part of making it work as I se they are not posted yet. Take it slow so their is no looking back. Guys don't or can't stray too far from the current rules as it's too expensive having multi motors. Compression rule will be looked at hard by a lot of guys as prior rules that guys have run by are more compression than stock. Thank you for opening the topic for discussion.

I like this idea since my car is pure stock. It opens a new venue for pure stock cars on the east coast.
:cheers

Jim, we will have the rules up soon and ralph can correct me if iam wrong, they would be the same or close to what is out there!

We would lean more toward the original intent and put the pure back in pure stock......I know it means a lot to people and is more inportant than E.T.

We agree. We are in the process of putting together a panel to discuss the important areas of Pure Stock. We have a very good general idea of how we would like to see Pure Stock here at SuperCars. We have an outline ready to go that captures the original intent of Pure Stock.

We would love any input you or any other Pure Stockers may have. Please feel free to Join our forum, Call, PM or E-mail me with your questions, concerns and ideas.

Our goal is to increase the presence of Pure Stock on the East Coast, similar to what we have done with Stock Appearing. Our goal is to support the majority of current PSMCD Racers and give them many venues to take part in on the East Coast.

This would be great. I will get the Hemi RR on board for the first race. I talked to Andrew this morning about even getting my 6-Pack Cuda ready also.

Oh wow, cool beans Ralph. I would love to see pure stock racing on the east coast. I'm excited about it and I don't even have a car to run in the pure stock class. My future plans for the Bee involved a nicely prepped stroker motor but I've always like the idea of building a pure stock motor.

Man I really hope this works out :hungry

Asta la pasta :-D
