Have you guys ever seen this one before?

The 1969-1970 Oldsmobile W-43 was a 4-valve 455, slated for a 1971 release in the Toronado and 442.

Yes, that engine and frame are in the Oldsmobile Museum in Lansing Michigan. It's too bad that Olds Hemi engine never got to production, would have been competitve in the Supercar Series!!!! :aok

I never heard about a Olds Hemi, I wonder what the head design looks like? I wonder what the three plastic looking things between the plug wires are for? Breathers? Didn't Pontiac have a hemi head in the works?

Mickey Thompson had developed and offered for sale a Pontiac Hemi head in the early '60s. Purely aftermarket stuff though.

Pontiac was working on all sorts of cool technology all through the '60s- too bad GM kept squashing them out. Check out this Hot Rod cover from 1968-

Later was the clean sheet Pontiac Hemi

It seems that after imposing the racing ban in 1963 GM would only allow Chevy to produce any of the cool stuff. :bang
