Eventhough I again did not have my car, but my wife and I had a great time. It was nice event with some great cars and great people.

No problem on the pictures. :aok Had to make myself useful due to my ongoing misadventures with the Impala this year.

As to your question Hell yea it was hot. It could of been worse. It could of been a sunny day. :sick
But all in all a great day and another shout out to our leader Ralph on a another great job.

No it wasn't just Hot, it was Blazing Hot!!! but what a great show with all the nostalgia super stock cars, funny cars, dragsters and old school drag cars. It was also great to see some new cars racing, Toms 340 Duster, new guy, Tom 69 Super Bee,and Freddys 68 Nova ,that I had only seen on the web site ( awesome car ) for a chevy... :stir I'm glad the rain held off for the entire event, once again great job Ralph :bow love that Kool Aid :aok

Another great SuperCar Race is in the record books :winner . Congrats to Shawn for his Top Eliminator win :bow . Shawn your Dodge is running strong! Congrats to all the match race winners. No new record breaking E/T's were acheived this weekend due to the HOT HOT HOT weather.

Mark this event on your calendar for 2012, we have been invited back. The promotor was very thrilled with the cars and the show we put on. Cecil County would like SuperCars to come more often as well :pop . Thanks to everyone that brought food for lunch and to snack on between rounds. Special thanks to all of our photographers for the great pics Dominick, Luke and Brittany. Again we had great coverage for the event. Look for additional online coverage in the next couple of days.

Now it's time to take a break from racing in the USA. Don't forget the weather is cool up in Canada the next couple of months were the SuperCar ShootOut Series will be running for the months of June, July and August. Enjoy your summer with your friends and family.
