A BIG CONGRADULATIONS TO Ken! Great job. Looks like everyone had a great time, wish I could have been there. Spent the weekend at State College PA. watching my oldest get married. I hope to be at ATCO for the final of the year. |

I am waiting to get back my tires for the Hemicuda. Kevin borrowed them and treated them with total care, and ripped of some great E/T's. The tires were used to the abuse- they lived on my Burnt Orange RR for many years. The tires pictured on the burnt orange RR are the ones Kevin used at the race on 10-25-09. They started life on a Factory Appearing Challenger back in the day, A Purple One, and found their way back onto another Challenger in 2009. God, those tire are at least 7 years old and have been used for racing all along. And they still have tread!

Hey Ed, and Scotty, i was freaking starving  Had to stop at MC D on the way home and then my wife found out and i caught more hell at home  i guess i deserve the ribbing, but worth the laughs, just hope their mine next time  congrats, see ya in jersey in Nov.... everyone wants to see the Ken and Ed rematch!

Hey Ted, How did Marissa do with the cobra??? maybe you could put her in the Chevelle at e-town....That would be a good match race Marissa vs. Sharlene in any one of Ralph's cars!!!

Marisa went 14.50 @ 100 mph looking like she was cruising the mall for a parking spot! If i get a chance i would like to run it ! it should go 12's in the 1 teens i bet! |

I want to thank Bill Corcoran, Billy Atwood and everyone else who helped me out when I blew a freeze plug on Sunday. Thanks to everyone who participated and made it a great day, thanks to everyone that brought food to share, and a special thanks to Ralph and Sharleen for making the event happen. Thanks again Ralph for letting me use your wheels and tires for the day though I’m convinced that’s what caused my freeze plug to let go! I like the picture you posted of your Cuda with no wheels and the picture of my car below it with your wheels on it.Even with the incident, I had a great time and made it home without any problem. I put a new freeze plug in last night that’s a little taller and fits a bit tighter. Maybe I’ll make it to New England Dragway on Saturday if the weather is good. |

I would like to thank Ralph, Sharleen, Billy Atwood and the rest of the regulars for making this a great day. This was my first time ever running my car but didn't feel like an outcast. This was the most fun I had in a long time and it added a new appreciaton for what you guys do on a regular basis. I hope I get to do this again. |
