Post subject:  July 10-12-09 SuperCar FireCore50 Challenge Pic's & Results
The Event was great! The weakend went off without a hitch, thanks to all that attended and came over to the track on friday and the tent all weekend long. We had a hill full of fans :bow . Thanks to Rick Gorski @ Custom Wire Sets- FireCore50, Ed & Rick from Carlisle Productions, Stan @ Quater Aces, Tom & Tim Moparts and all of our sponsors of the series that made this three race event happen.

Results and pics will be posted soon...

I am looking for pics of the SuperCar ShootOut event, If you have any please post them on this thread. TXS in advance....

Thank you Ralph and Sharleen, for a wonderful weekend. Thanks also to FireCore50 ignition wires, Quater Aces Drag-O-Way, and the folks that put on Chrysler Carlisle.

I had a blast hanging with everyone and making new friends (as usual) ... The racing was great :winner.

Muscle car drag racing, in a stock appearing format, to me, is the epitome of the hobby... It is like turning small and racing your model car you just built.

The Small block was Top Qualifier

and it was Scotty over Harry in the final.

That track changes the game quite a bit.

I missed my car that day.

Brian Wilsey opend up the can of woop ass on this pass and took the #1 Qualifing position and the quickest E/T of the day! Brian ran a 7.42ish

Harry was ready and aimed his elephant gun at the HP2 and took it down with one hit in round one way to go Harry :bow MArgin of victory was .009 :sick

Big horsepower was not the right prescription at this event Both Ed and I over powered the track. During one of the runs many thought the motor blew in Ed's A12 on top end it was his tires going up in smoke :nuts !

SuperCar ShootOut OutLawed AFX was a big hit. With 6 altered wheelbase Hemi powered Plymouths and Dodges to wow the croud!
