2013 Was another great year for SuperCars. Record car count at every event, close side by side racing and a tight points race. Let 's take some time and look back at the points race for 2013.

Race 1 Ice Breaker E-Town NJ. Out of the box at the first race Rhett makes the quick eight and he is on his way. The first race of the season may have been the most important race of the season with the 2011 Champion going out in round one, this opened up the 2013 Championship.

Race 2 Battle of the Brands LVD NY. A rain out. With many racers making the trip to LVd and recieving 12 show up points and then sent home hours later due to weather. One racers wished he made the trip because if he did the 2013 Championship would have been his.

Race 3 Cecil County MD Mid Atlantic Nat's. Rhett again Qualifies in the quick eight. quickest of the second half of the quick eight ready to take charge of the points race.

Race 4 SuperCars @ Mopars @ E-town NJ. Rhett Qualifies for the quick eight and starts to sock away those so very important points.

Races 5 & 6 SuperCars @ the Buick Nat's
Rhett qualifies his 1968 Barracuda in the Quick eight both days and continues to stock up the points he will need at the end of the season.

Races 7 & 8 The final races of the 2013 season the points race is between Rhett, Shawn and Ralph. If Ralph wins the final race he's the new Champion if Shawn qualifies number one and wins the race he the champion. If Rhett wins the Consolation race and Shawn doesn't Qualify number one and Ralph doesn't win the final then Rhett becomes the champion. Round two Ted Daros number one qualifier against Ralph Barbagallo. Pre staged, staged and they are off Ralph takes the lead and takes out the number one Qualifier and is on his way to the Championship. The final is Shawn and Ralph. And Rhett against Tom. The rest is now history. Shawn takes out Ralph and Rhett takes out Tom for the 2013 points Championship. Help me Congratulate Rhett on his SuperCar ShootOut Points Championship victory.
