You have had that car a long time Hal. Are you sure you are not going to regret selling it in the future?

sorry for the late replies WIFI router fried and lost power for six days with the hurricane.

Billy R. Were you trying to send me a personal email? I didn't understand your last post. Do you have a 68 Nova too or are you refering to the Camaro. If you want to contact me I am hoaks@snet.net

Bill C. I am selling the Nova because it's like the Allman Brothers song "Nobody left to Run with Anymore"

I have thought about if I kept all my cool cars I ever owed and sold:

63 Impala SS (2), 64 Belair Corvette motor, 66 Corvair Corsa Turbo Convert, 64 Ford Galaxy 65 Impala SS, 67 Corvette, 72 Nova SS, 75 Blazer, 70 Monte Carlo SS454, 83 Citation X-11, 57 Jeep FC-150, 75 Jeep CJ5, 70 something Dodge shortbed,

and what ever else I can't remember I would need a 20 car garage. Sometimes you just have to move on.

I'm sorry Hal, for second I thought I read that you included an '83 Citation on your list of cool cars.

Jeremy:

That X-11 Citation was a very cool car. It was about the quickest car you could buy in 1983. It handled like a go-cart, was the terror of the autocross and it ran a 16.1 at 88mph with the 2.8L V6. 4 speed. These cars came with cold air cowl induction plastic hood. higher compression, bigger valves and big noisy exhaust. I used to regulaly spank V8s and some turbo cars of the time. I loved throwing it thru corners. I bought it new and it survived my two daughters driving it and brought a tear to my eye when I sold it. But then, It was no 4cyl Lemans :)
