With my liberal interpretation of the rules, I think a solid Pontiac rear axle and Pontiac tranny up front could be allowed. It would have to look like a 326 V-8 up front though with a single 4 barrel. (Did they even come with 4 barrels?) Actually I was thinking of this car as a Nostalgia Super Stocker, big inches, dual quads, open headers, dump truck hood scoop, conventional drivetrain, Very cool easy 9 second piece. |

Wow, I hadn't noticed all of the activity on this post. I'd like to move this car and I'll consider all offers, would also consider trading up or down or trading for Pontiac parts. What have you got? I've been sick the last few weeks and I'm scrambling now to catch up with work- I don't have the time or desire to put on ebay/craigslist at this time, it's only listed on the few car sites that I'm active on. ssscamaro, i have a 63 tempest sd clone, drive the hell out of it all year long, call me if you want to know anything about these cars 203-395-7754 or you can come look at mine, there real neat cars, if i had the room i would have bought it off jeremy a long time ago. hey jeremy how about that you got lying around ?? the ventura still needs a motor. jeff. |
