Make A Wish Project Wish-Stang Revealed 11-12-2011

Hello Everyone, I want to share with the group an exciting project I have been working on over the summer. I was contact by the Make A Wish foundation in March and asked if I would be able to help make a young man with a Life threatening illness wish come true. His name is Jonathon he was 17 yrs old at the time of his Wish request (now 19). Jonathon wish was to have his Mustang restore to show quality condition. In May of this year My friend and I went and took a look at the Mustang and met Jonathon and his family. After our visit I organized a team of friends and vendors to fulfill Jonathon’s wish. On November 12th we were able to surprise Jonathon and his family with the completion of his 1990 Mustang 5.0 LX.

What an incredible night!!

The Wish-Stang was presented to Jonathon last night at a surprise celebration. Jonathon and his parents were shocked and moved to tears when they found out the real reason they were at Jannetty Racing.

We had a staggering number of people turn out for Jonathon's special night. Thank you Rhett and Kris and John for representing SuperCars.

There wasn't a dry eye in the house when Ralph told of the journey of Jonathon and his wish to get his Mustang restored. The room was filled with joy when Jonathon's car was uncovered and revealed for the first time.

It was a magical night and everyone left with some of Jonathon's joy in their heart.

Again Ralph and all those awesome people have made another persons life worth living to the fullest. I was amazed at all the work that was done. :bow

It's like "OVERHAULIN" with a special twist. I'm glad I could be there to support MAKE A WISH, Ralph, Jannetty Racing and all the special people that made this event possible for Jonathon!!!!!!!! :aok

I'm so proud of everyone involved in making this wish a reality. They put their heart and soul into this project. Great job!!
