As you all know we have not seen a Wedge Motor of any make run in the 10's. Who will be the First Ten Second Wedge?

I talked to Teddy and we made some BIG changes on the RoadRunner . I think Delmare will be the place. I just hope I make it to the Staging lanes before Ed Cook or Dave Finn do.

I think I shot myself in the foot . Lane may be the first wedge into the 10's I am going to camp out in the staging lanes on sunday morning .

So far I think 8 to 10 cars. Looks good....

What about Ken V isn't a BB chevy a wedge?

A wedge has Side by Side Valves unlike a Hemi or BB Chevy. I am sure Ken will be into the 10's by the end of the Delmare Event. He may even end up with the overall fastest title. I am sure you and I will have some say in that matter .

Brian and Gene Wilsey will be the Fastest ever Small Block by the end of the year, (Barring any issues) If we have conditions that mirror those of E-Town the year the record was set, You will see an 11.30 or quicker run by Brian. I think Steve von Ahn and Chris Kuskowski will kill their best ever records. John Fredericks will run into the 11's, a first ever for a 383 Mid Block. The East Coast Fall Swing will be the best chance ever to set any records. everyone else will better their E/T's by .20 or better....

I personally think the first one to do it will be a Bonsanti prepared car; Ed Cook or that nasty Max Wedge.

I agree Mike has the power to do this.

Garreanteed this weekend as I predicted the First ever 10 second wedge record will go down. Also everyone will run there BEST E/Ts to date. This is the right track and the right conditions. When you race in October and November you need the right tracks to set records like Cecil , E-Town, Atco. So for sure all best evers will be met this weekend. I can't wait cars that have run 12.00 will run in the 11.'s car that run 11,teens will go in the tens with no traction control...
