Cool build but is the hood and air cleaner legal ? The air cleaner is a B-body piece and the hood would only have 2-3" holes in it from the factory.

Thanks Adam, hope to have the Demon ready sometime this season, but it may not be ready till 2012.

To answer your question a Grand Spaulding Demon may not be totally legal for some of the reasons you mentioned. The over the parts counter Fresh Air, Air Cleaner was installed by Grand Spaulding when they modified the hood and also swapped out the carb and a list of other items that were changed when the original owner bought the Demon new. Don't forget we can always put on the as delivered from Chrylser silenced air cleaner and an underhood pad to get the GSS Demon Certified.

Any progress on your 1971 Dart 340?

I love these thermoquad cars ! No more Dart, Im picking up a 73 Duster 340 soon though.

The front end and engine compartment componants, and parts have been restored, painted and ready to be installed.

Now that the front ends done time to paint and then assemble all of the accesories onto the Kuskowski Power Plant before she goes into the Demon.
