When Sharleen (DemonGal) purchased her Demon at the 1991 Mopar Nationals, she fell in love with its look and great deal of muscle the Demon posessed. Throughout the years, Sharleen's Demon has been featured in many great Magazines (Mopar Muscle, Hemmings Muscle Machines), was invited to take part in the Grand Spaulding Dodge Display at the Indy Mopar Nats and has won many awards at Chrylsers @ Carlisle as well as many other national car events. In the last five years, the Demon saw very little street and show time due to the limited time we have had running the fast racing series and then starting up the SuperCar ShootOut three years ago. A couple of years ago, Sharleen gave me the green light to restore the Demons all original engine bay and undercarriage, update all of the brakes, suspension and fuel system. And lastly, build a stroker small block to run in the SuperCar Series. As most of you may know, The Mill was scienced out by Jeff Patterson and built by SuperCar Small Block Record Holder, Chris Kuskowski. The 999 Code 904 Transmision was rehauled by Mr. Randy J SuperCar Tranny Expert/Guru. With the mill and tranny completed, all efforts have moved to the shell of the Demon. In the past month, the Demon was stripped of its born numbers drivetrain and was sent to SuperCar Sponsor North East Restoration & Fabrication LLC. Dan from North East Restoration & Fabrication is in charge of restoring and repainting the Demon's Engine bay. How rare is it? This is the Last 340 Demon built in 1972. This is the only factory built, Black on Black on Black w/ Black stripes Demon. The highest optioned 1972 Demon. This Demon was delivered, modified and dyno'd by Grand Spaulding Dodge the most noted Dodge dealership ever.

After Dan had a solid week of work done to the Demon. I got a call from Dan to come over and pick up the K-Frame, Steering box and wheels Dan painted for the 1971 Road Runner. The drivers side front frame rail has seen better days . Living most of it's life in Illinois the Demon had a couple of rust issues that needed Dans expertise.

The work has started to complete all of the Sub assemblies for the Demon. This will make life easy when I pick up the Demon over the fourth of July weekend.
