ARE 90/10 SHOCKS CREATED EQUAL???

HOWDY YALL, I am looking to buy a set of 90/10 shocks for my 69 bee and I wanted to know if anyone had any advice?? Or perhaps a particular brand they had bad luck with and I should stay away from? I read what vendors are selling but of course everyone says their stuff is the best...but I'd like to hear what the folks racing think cuz those suckers are not cheap :sick

I ran plain ole Comp Engineering adjustable shocks. They are a little tricky to adjust if you have to but I just set 'em to 90/10 and left 'em.

comp eng. adjustible, and yes ...tricky to adj. but once done leave em

i say tricky because you have to turn them to get the right setting and then move them in and out to get the right feel to know your right

Yep...and it sucks...that's why I went 90/10 and went....yep, that will be the last time I do that. :runaway

Ran for 3 years not one adjustment and very satisfied. :drive

SWEET, thank you everyone for all the great input. I don't know why but I'm excited about trying out these 90/10 shocks. I'll do my research on the one's you guys suggested as far as where to buy them and let everyone which way I went.

SILLY QUESTION, 90/10 are for the front right...what about the back shocks??? Should they be the 70/30 shocks???

Stock Imperial NON gas charged shock will be the best.

I am not sure yet, What do you say your Bee against the Bird?

I wrench on it every weekend trying to work out the bugs but with bad weather and the wrong parts being sent it hasn't been easy. My bee against your bird, I'd say let's do it, however, I'd better put some roller skates on my car to help it go faster :aok
