Help me take the time to congratulate Joe Accardi on a great restoration. Like others, Joe followed the SuperCar ShootOut from the grand stands as a fan. Last fall, Joe, a big Mopar fan, owning multiple Chrysler Corp musclecars, started on a mission to restore his 1971 Cuda 440+6BBL (Original V-Code Cuda, one of under 200 ever built!). Joe had only one goal once he completed his Cuda, to bring it out to a SuperCar event. Congrats Joe on you accomplishement and let's not forget the performance bench mark Joe has set. Joe piloted his Cuda to a 14.25 E/T @ 100.34 MPH

I love this car! Love it even more seeing you get down and dirty with it at an event. I had a '71 Challenger for about 4 months but just couldn't afford to fix it up...they just bring STUPID money. Someone showed up one day, offered me 4 times what I paid for it and I told them to back up the trailer. :drinking :drinking :drinking

FIRST THING I WANT TO SAY WHAT A GREAT GROUP OF CAR LOVERS THIS IS, DOESNT MATTER MAKE OR MODEL ITS THE FUN AND FRIENDSHIP THAT COUNTS. I HAD A BLAST HAVENT RACED IN OVER 20 YEARS FEELS GREAT TO BE OUT THERE , CANT WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN ,IM SURE HAPPY I DIDNT SELL THAT CAR IT SAT FOR 15+ YEARS APART THEN I MET RALPH AND THE BOYS WHAT A GREAT GROUP SEE YOU ALL SOON .

Joey you finally made it. The day brought me back to the glory days when that's all that mattered. Good people, fast cars and the smell of cam 2 race fuel and burnt tires. Car came out great. I remember it sitting in your garage all those years waiting to get done. Helping you move it from house to house and such. Then you found the SUPER CAR SHOOTOUT group, got motivated and got it done and you did it old school. In your garage, driveway, no lift and laying on your back the way we did it back in the day. That got me super motivated to git'er done. Now it's your HEMI's turn. See you on the starting line next time.

the plates are on the way i be out on long island this summer bringing back some old memories of hotrod burger king im orginally from brooklyn and use to race out in the hampton raceway.

you better get in gear or ill be there again with you on the side lines again ( you know i cant wait)been along time your car came out great see you soon!!!!!
