Nine pounds on the gauge and no evidence it is sinking the floats so far so good. :pop I did try something that worked pretty we'll. I took the straight tube that I used for the carb lines and before bending them I filled them with water and froze them. The water acts like a mandrel and allowed my to make sharper bends without the tube collapsing. It's how they bend the tubes for trumpet. :pop :cheers

Wow interesting learn something everyday.

I think the gasket started to fail after I got it warm when the lower radiator hose froze while towing it. Squished the gasket.

Decided to pull the 1.09 " /300 inch pound/ 1/4 mile circle track torsion bars out of the car. Reinstalled the original 340 .870" bars. I think the spring rate is about half! :pop we'll see if I get more weight transfer.

I would go with 6 cyl bars or Hemicuda drag bars (I think are 6 cyl bars with there own part #)

:pop I'm sure many of us will be interested to see how this effects your performance. I assumed you made that change a while ago, at least since you started trailering it. Hopefully it's a significant improvement and you're fine with how it handles on the street with the limited driving you do with it now.
