Has anyone used Keith Black FHR Pistons before? I used there Hypereutectic pistons for a 427 I built a few years ago and was very happy with those.

I am looking at these for my 402.

I have not used the FHR piston. They look good :aok I have used KB piston in previous builds, I have not been let down.

FHR series pistons from KB Piston.
KB Pistons has introduced a new forging line--the FHR (Forged Head Relief) Series. This new line features VMS 75 alloy, true arc-style lock rings, broached pin holes, breakthrough oil returns, and 5/64 in. ring packs--all designed to be easy on your wallet! In addition, most flat-top and dish applications are available in an offset pin design, which will help to quiet those street motors.
