Just an update,
Last wednesday i drove 10 hours round trip to get my heads back from shop in west chester Pa. after asking for them to ship several times done or not. Well they called monday and told me they were finished!.
worst work i have ever seen! To start it off when i walked in ther door i saw someone "surfacing" my heads with an electric pad sander! They had these since december 4th and totally wrecked them. They did the original port work which looked good but it wasnt as they ported to thin and caused a whole bunch of cracks which became apparent just sitting on the shelf with spring tension on them!.I gave them a shot at fixing there mistake. They were supposedly welding up and re porting. well some of cracks are still there and there are several new cracks which were never there before.
I brought them to a local shop to get pressure tested and the comment was" i would throw these away". NAyway im going to get them tested and redecked slightly to get rid of the sanding marks.
if i get around to it i will post pictures.
making decison on new heads this week. Might not evn get heads that i can run the class with and just say hell with whole thing
i cant catch a break
Ryan
Moral of story stay away from Brandywine cylinder heads, they were once the place to go but no longer so.

End of May early June. I purchased a set of NOS 074 heads which are being ported and should be done in another 2 weeks or so.
I put my car on my lift with an old block heads trans etc in it to mock up and build the exhaust.
Ive had lift for 3 years and this is first time i used it to work on anything. I must be nuts! all that time laying on my back building this car and lift was 5 feet away!
I will post some pictures soon but I need a few minutes to resize them first.
