It's that time of the year again for Ralph and myself. Every fall, for the past 14 years, we take a group of up to 70 car enthusiasts on a Fall Foliage Car Cruise through Connecticut (and sometimes Massachusetts). We drive through the most scenic areas and roads Connecticut and New England have to offer. I just baked 25 dozen of my Autumn Oatmeal Cookies, Ralph ordered pizza for 70 people and we reserved our spot at an Apple Orchard, Museum, and a couple of other points of interest along the route that we picked to bring our caravan of 34 cars to this Sunday. If you have a chance, make sure to take a day this weekend and get out and enjoy the foliage. One of the best things about this Fall Cruise is to be able to spend a nice relaxing day with our friends, just like we get to do with the SuperCar ShootOut Series and Ralphs Rapid Transit Cruiz-In. Another great thing about this cruise is that we use the Fall Cruise as a "vehicle" to raise money for charity. We, as a family, like to give back to our community; and the Make-A-Wish Foundation is a charity that we proudly support. A generous portion of every entry fee that is collected from the Fall Cruise is donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Connecticut. I'm proud to say that for 2009, including the Fall Cruise, we've already collected over $1000.00 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Connecticut. Happy Leaf Peeping!

That was what I was thinking, "That car has problems hooking up". Congrats on the $1,000.00 to date. It is a great cause hopefully more will be raised by the end of the year. |

Its an underated piece. Small primaries for snappy around town cruising, garbage can sized secondaries for big CFM at WOT. Big issue is tuning part availibility. I have a way to retrofit these suckers with Holley jets which helps alot. |

Thank you Ralph and Sharlene for a day full of adventure. Victoria especially liked the copper mine. You both are to be commended for the time you put into such a production. Thanks again and see ya Sunday at the valley... Mike + Family |

Every year, I look forward to planning the Fall Foliage Cruise. It's amazing how many great places are right in our own backyard, if we take the time to look. Thank you for helping us to make the cruise a great success. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! Tom from Moparts and Walt from MoparsInMotion.com just posted some pic's of the Fall Foliage Cruise. Here are the links: http://www.moparts.org/moparts/picture/ ... ruise.html http://www.moparsinmotion.com/gallery/2 ... ge-cruise/ http://www.moparsinmotion.com/2009/10/1 ... ge-cruise/ I took some pic's that I'll be posting soon.

I'll be at Lebanon Valley on the 18th to photograph the Gearheads @ The Valley Event. If you're looking to get a very specific shot of your car, let me know and I'll make an effort to capture it for you. |
