Things are going to go pretty quickly on the new build. Ralph wants me to post a build thread and I will. Would have started but the first few pictures are on my PC which is now in my attic while I remodel my basement. Don't fret. It will be fully documented.
The block was mocked and checked for clearance, while the cyl I prelim checked didn't make contact I stuck the carbide burr in there just as insurance. It goes alot quicker when you have done this many times before.
I hope to have the crank in this weekend and start on the pistons and rods right after.
Now I just gotta make sure I don't confuse the hardblock with the spackling compound.
Just kidding, no hard block but lots of spackling. On the walls of my family room of course.
