I just talked to Chris and the World Record Holder has a new home. Congrat's Chris on the Sale of your Duster. In just a short time you reset the Small Block Record and raised the bar for all the others. Can't wait to see the next ride to come out of Ansonia. :dragster

It's heading across the pond to Switzerland. Red with white stripes is definately fitting.

It was a great ride and I am sad to see it won't be raced with us. I think it really had more in it.

Who knows whats in store........

Saturday morning I took the trip down to Newark to drop the car off at a warehouse in preparation to be loaded into a container to go overseas. I disconnected the linkage to the monster T-quad secondaries to help prevent its short term care takers from wearing the tires more and a couple of final pictures of the car as I left it and a close up of the odometer.

Ironically enough, as we were cruising down I95 we passed John Payne in his GTO with the top down.

But alas, my garage was empty for not even 24 hours before I brought home something new......

Don't keep us waiting any longer, spill the beans. Who are you going after next? The 440 Six Packers, Low deckers, or Hemis? Who???

Don't know which "motor"vation I'll go with yet but it will be in an E-body Mopar with a pistol grip for sure. :rock

Right now I have a shell of a '71 Challenger in my garage that needs lots of work. It came with enough parts to fill the interior and the bed of my pickup but I still have lots of parts scrounging to go. Who know, something else might pop up in the mean time.

And so the story continues:
"A week and a half from after the Duster was gone, and three cars later , an empty trailer heads to Carlisle"....."Will his mission be successful? Will the lonely trailer be filled with a piece of neglected, rusting love or come home sadly without a load? Is there yet another hunk of steel aching to be bought and redistributed to parts unknown?"
Stay tuned! :pop :stir
