I think those are probably Missouri plates. Very close tho. AZ was gold and green back then.

Cool pictures. Note the Dick Landy Performance Clinic? Hmmmm... so just what does a 1969 SuperBee weigh anyhow, probably a hem-roid to boot? And it's on a single axle trailer?! With a HUGH tool box. Add it all up and divide by two- sheesh!
