Thoughts on what would help more...extrude hone or jet hot coat in/out or both?

Mine are stock replacements opened up some, nothing fancy

Personally I don’t think extrude hone is worth it, but I do believe in ceramic coating exhaust manifolds. Anything to keep heat out of the engine compartment.

HPC Coating works, Send them to Gene in East Hartford, Extrude hone does nothing and is a waste of money.

Thank you,good to know. I have stock replacements as well. Untouched, out of the box. Was thinking removing the "bumps" on the inside that are for the AIR fittings might help.
