Time to get to work. Lifters removed and sent to Comp Cams for rebuilding.

No modifications or upgrades. Just a servicing and cleaning. The biggest thing is to get to the track in 2017.

HP2 is back together with rebuilt Lifters from Comp Cams. Demon is ready to go and so is the Burnt Orange RR. An oil Change before there first races of the 2017 season is it. Can't wait only 3 months / 90 Days till the first race.

Installed new cam bearings, I just bought the install tool. I'm sure I will use it again! Assuming the crank comes back spot on I will have .0025 main clearance, but will mic it just to be sure. Made a bracket to hold the front of the transmission up while engine is out. Will roll it out and clean the engine compartment soon. Painted the crank pulley.

Various small projects on the Toy.

First fix the pesky Axle seal leak.

Found the reason for my column shifter problems. The pivot bracket which secured by two bolts has one missing and the other half backed out.

Installing new racing shocks all around. May play around with rocker arm ratios.

The other plugs were so fouled out it wouldn't even idle. It has been idling around for a year.

Do I need to have it stripped and buy you a can of Paint? Also a nice battery with a topper will look very nice.
