I think all of the cars from that era came with Radials. What about that? :shrug

Not the Chryslers :moon GENERAL Polyglas Tires on the Magnum GT :rock All kidding aside it's not an advantage and if they want to run Poly's, why not :shrug ?

I have no idea! 1977 warlock with a 440!!!!!! 195 hp! :shock: got me to thinking about which smog era engine had the least hp per cubic inch!

1979 AMC. AMX. 304. 130.5 hp. Yes .5

1976 century pace car. 350. 160 hp. A 455 was available

1978 442. 305. 160 hp. There was a 260 cid 2 bbl also

1979 trans am 301- 150 hp

1978 Monza. 305. 130 hp. A Monza California was available with a 350

1976 starsky and hutch. 351m. 154 hp. A 460 was available

1975 Road Runner. 318. 150 hp. A number were built with 440's

1977 Daytona. 318. 135 hp

I guess we should of made this clearer. If running a Pure Stock Mill (PSMCDR) you need to start with a 200 HP mill. If you are building a Factory Appearing Mill (SuperCar) you need to stick with the number one rule must be delivered with at least a 4BBL. A 318 Road Runner would not qualify for either class. Build it as a 360 or 400 model and you are all set for factory appearing. If building a Pure Stock must have atleast 200 HP.

Sounds viable to me, I have a 1975 Cordoba, a bored and stroked 440, automatic transmission with a manual valve body, and correct rear end with 4.10 gears all sitting in my garage right now, or I could use one of the two magnums. Maybe I should have said sounds good to me.
