The first process on SuperCar Manifolds is to Polish the inner surfaces. This is done with ceramic media.

After the surface is polished to a chrome like finish the inner surface is High Temp Coated and then baked.

The average price to have a set of Exhaust Manifolds coated for SuperCars is $350.00. The process is special to SuperCars.

Gas ports. To help seal low tension rings by using cylinder pressure to push the rings against the cylinder wall. If i remember correctly. :pop
