To be held at the Alexander Ballroom on the second floor of the Concordville Best Western and Conference Center in Concordville Pa. At the corner of Rt. 1 and Rt. 322. The Banquet will be held from 7:00-11:00pm. on Saturday November 22nd. It will be a sit down dinner consisting of appetizer, salad, and chicken capon as main entree, desert, coffee, tea. There will be an open bar for beer and soda during dinner. Children can have chicken fingers/fries for their entree.

They will also have a special discounted rate for the rooms there if anyone would like to stay the night and includes, indoor pool, game room, gym, full hot breakfast with an omelet bar.

Tickets for the Banquet are on sale now. The price is $35 for adults and $15 for children. Tickets will have to be purchased in advance, there will be NO tickets available at the door, sorry.
