Looks like it has a chance of being ready for Etown on the 24th.

Not even close. I still have to get new coil, wires, coil bracket, distributor hold down, battery, belts, rebuild carb, get exhaust manifolds blasted and coated(where? Anyone?). Then, sand fix and paint interior sheet medal, replace window trims, replace package tray, new window felts, new door cards, new rear cards, new carpet, restore gauges and dash, replace dash pad. Then repair rear end gasket, read tranny seal. Then replace master cylinder and do brake refresh.
Now I'm depressed.

I feel your pain, my car was running and driving a little over two years ago. I took it apart for a "quick update." (That was April of 2011) Even worse, in all the years of ownership, I have never driven the car.

I pulled the motor out in 2000 to take out a crap new torque converter I bought GER, total piece of ****! After getting the engine out my wife told be she was pregnant and being we were poor the Plymouth had to take a back seat. As finances improved my tastes moved to the newer cars hence our 95 Impala SS, 07 mustang convertible and 2010 Challenger R/T.
But now I'm back, as I knew I would be.

Just picked up my manifolds from the coater.
Started working on the front brakes. She's gonna need some bushings. Might as well get some shocks while I'm at it.

Engine finally ready to go back in. Just a few more small parts to finish it off. No the solid fan will not be going in. I used it to check pulley alignment.

Also started to bleed the brakes. Got good pedal but think there might be some water in the fluid so will replace it all.
