Some of you may know. I spoke to Ed Cook this afternoon. I want to start by saying Ed is OK... He was Racing Ken V and in high gear his Console sprung open and moved the Shifter in 2nd gear and locked up the Rear. Ed at over 120 MPH spun around and hit the Wall with the nose of the Road Runner He damaged the Grill, Fender and Bumper. Thank God he did not get hurt. Ken made it around Ed. And they are both OK. Ed did say his Time Slip was 11.20 @ 108 MPH going backwords thru the traps..
