it is always easier to say how a motor should be build when using The OPM system. (other people's money) On a side note keep us updated on the build and hope to see you out soon.

its at the machine shop.....they are being very fair about what happened.... we should be around this season. he means well just doesn't realize the extent of the cost for the first build, and anxious to get back racing...I told him its winter and there is no money on the money tree outside.

all good. I know what you mean. That whole money thing is a drag on the whole racing thing at times.

if i remember a roller on a lifter came apart. Was there another issue?

Mike, is there any chance that you were having more fun when the car went 14's and the only thing you could break was a sweat when the chili was too hot?

Rhett, yes, the lifter came apart,but when those little needles scatter it's like a shot gun slug with the pellets inside it.Those needles do alot of damage! Hal, as far as fun, anytime I run the car I have fun. I think though, it a different kind of fun from the 14's to faster.
