That's the next order of business. Very tedious process. I am hoping to chip away at it this week. Then start the body work. My personal goal is to be painting it no later than the last week of May. |

Finished welding and grinding finally, spread some duraglass on he seams today. However, found some rot holes stuffed with plastic filler.  One in the lower rear corner of the driver's door. The others are in the lip of the rear wheel well.    So glad that I decided to strip the car to bare metal and start over. |

I don't spot coat panels, I do the entire thing. Most of the filler ends up being sanded off.  And now... block sanding hell.

Long overdue update, been waiting for the heat and humidity to lift. Layed out some parts and started block sanding.

Got some 2k primer applied to the pieces this past Wednesday.  Still some block sanding to finish on the roof. I will be out there sanding on Christmas day. As long as the weather holds, I'll keep pushing to get it ready for paint. |

I took advantage of the weather and the day off. Been block sanding all of the pieces, gave them two more coats today. And gave the main body its first two coats. I'll keep at it until the weather shuts me down.

I would like to say yes, but I am not sure if it will happen. The garage where I store and work on my car is literally crumbling. (Full of termites) Pretty soon I am going to stick the car in storage and prepare to empty and demo the garage. Going steel building to replace it, pretty much kicks the crap out of my budget for the cars.
