Ok, it is freakin' freezing out and this topic has probably been done before...but I was too lazy to look up. Got to thinking about TV cars as I saw the Mod Squad Challenger on Ebay for $109K or something. I must admit, as a kid of 7 or so the Mannix Dart got me hooked on "cool cars". At the time, (seven) I thought it was a GTX (bulged hood and dual headlights)...did not know it was a Barris custom. Thought it was cool as hell with Cragars and all. Other top mentionables:

1) Mannix GTS
2) Starsky & Hutch Gran Torino
3) Rockford's Formula Firebird...(footnote: Only one season had ram air version) but all were cool.

What caught your eye?

We probably have not exhausted the TV ones yet.

Anyone recall the 390 Galaxie Detective cars from the Streets of San Francisco?

Or, the black Lincolns from the "original" Hawaii 5-0?

In the movie realm... how about

John Wayne's Firebird from "McQ"
or the 69 GTX with 6 pack hood scoop in "52 Pickup"

Don't forget Bewitched. It was sponsored by Chevrolet and the earliest version SS convertible (Darrin's) was supposedly debuted on the show. This shot has several nice "chebbies"...not to mention Elizabeth Montgoery's legs....
