Just a quick updat on what's going on with the junkyard bird.
New Pypes mufflers are in the garage awaiting installation.
A replacement for e 1900 rpm converter is scheduled.
A recurve for the distributor and carb tuning also scheduled.
A transmission cooler is on its way, ordered today.

Just picked up the Road Runner. I didn't get the converter changed, but, oh that sound! The new mufflers sound glorious.

It looks like your going in deep. Are you making a cam change? Are going to degree it? Is the piston at the top of the deck?

Yes, and piston is 7 thousandths below deck at tdc.

Spark plugs must not of fit the other heads. I had that problem once.
