Alllright here is my question to everybody on the board and maybe you all can point me in the right direction. This past season I ran an AFB carb on my car but not an origional AFB that came with the 327 the reason being is that they only flowed 575cfm from the factory. Needless to say to run this car it would be like running a sprint with asthma. Is there a service or anyone that does it for money of course or a how to get this carb to flow better for what I need? Anyway to modify it would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Dom

Nothing is wrong with it but I was trying to get into the exact correct carb on the car. It is a newer carb just antiqued in appearence that for all intensive purposes looks simalar but not 100 percent correct. The feed for the fuel on the origional is in the front of the carb while the one I have on now is on the rear side.

Dick Katter out of VA can take an edelbrock 750, strip all of the plating and replate it with the correst finish, change the torques head screws, Change the tops to the correct factory ones and make it look 100% original. We have used Dick for many years. He does all the factory looking Hemi Carbs you see. Let me know if you need his number.
