The GM Performance 12363408/401 aluminum heads that were approved in 2013 are no longer available. The substitute heads are now 19331427. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/nal-19331427 Have these newer heads been approved? Also, since they are modern replacements, do they have to be made to look like the vintage 842 heads? GM Performance heads have the Chevy Bowtie and not the snowflake. Thanks. |

I recently found a pair of the 401 casting heads, IIRC asking price is $2k - bare. |
