Witch would be the best fit/performance manifolds for a SBC in a 1967 El Camino?

'67 El Camino...not completely decided which direction I want to take it yet. This SuperCar thing kind of has my interest and I have yet to see any El Camino's on the forum.

I was wondering what manifolds would be considered legal/acceptable in this series. I've seen aftermarket replacements that likely flow better than the factory pieces. Nice looking '71 !

Nothing aftermarket unless it has the correct part numbers. I heard once that the ram - horn style manifolds flow best for the small block. The ones from the corvette - fuellie ??? Not sure of the p/n or the interchange... Hope that helps. Also, nice looking car -love the garage!

Factory correct aftermarket replacements are allowed as long as they are the correct part number and offered on the model you are looking to build / clone.

I'm in Rockvale TN. I have gone several different directions with this one while it was apart. First the track, then back to the street and now back on track lol. It will do a stint first as a NHRA Stock Eliminator race vehicle, but it will eventually return to street duty.
