This is the first time I ever let the forecast stop me from running an event :bang

. With fuel prices being what they are, racers having to drive over 300 miles round trip to watch rain drops fall on there cars, racers being concerned they will not get to race because of the weather. It's hard not to listen to the forecast. We have three more events for 2011 :winner

. I am in the works to add a Saturday Oct 15th race for the group to make up for this.

I agree

with calling the event because the forecast was calling for AM rain not rain in the PM. I was supposed to have one of my crews sealcoat a parking lot and we canceled

along with one of my friends son had his baseball games post phoned due to the weather forecast. I would be up for a two day event in october.
