If you don't have a passport it is probably too late for this event.

Passport requires a photo you can get at CVS or AAA.
Apply at the Post Office. You will need the photos and your birth certificate. Passports take about 4 weeks maybe even longer.

I hear you need Titles for everything, tow rig, trailer, race car. Someone else can chime in on this.

AAA Plus Members the passport photo is free!!! The 4 week time frame is the standard answer post office gives. Got mine in less than 2 weeks. Don't know about the title issue, I've been up to Montreal, but not with a tow rig. I would imagine you could call the boarder to get the specifics...
