Why does someone need proof of insurance to operate a golf cart, a.t.v. ,motorcycle,mini-bike,scooter/pit bike,etc. when we can operate a racecar or other race vehicles in the pit area with no proof of insurance?
I know we sign a waver to enter the pits, but one would think you can do a lot more damage with a 4000 pound car than a 200 pound dirt bike. :blah :blah Just asking about track rules...
