Super Stock Dodge's are allowed?...I always thought it should be. In 1964 there were street versions sold told the public; full interior, steel nosed cars...fair game IMO. The GM boys, allow the ZL1's, it's about time we let some Mopar Thunder loose on those Bigh Block Cheveies;)

We are very excited :aok . We hope to mend some old relationships and get the group back together for some even closer competition. 2011 Looks to be another very promising year at SuperCars.

How is Max doing? What new toys will you have for the new year?

You should be...did you ever check out the exhaust systems on those cars? How about the power to weight ratio! Be afraid, be very afraid...lol Listen, I love all cars, and appreciate the power of the LS6/Yenkos etc, but in my humble opinion, things are going to get real ugly for the Bow tie boys.

LOL! On a serious note, why would this exhaust be illegal? It's a factory original piece, offered on street hemi's sold to the public. :shrug

FYI The Picture of the Exhaust system is 100% Legal to the rules. If you look close the first 2.5 inches and the flanges are cast iron. Real cool and 100% Factory. That system bolted to a Race Hemi in 1964 and 1965 was untouchable. Ted you should be afraid.

Looks like lots of pipes. I wonder if there is any real advantage with the cutouts capped. The big deal with these cars is power to weight. Right? Also, Who is going to want to race one of these. These headers must all be on real cars which are probably worth a king ransom these days.

Oh, let's not forget the decible meter rule too,

To quiet that thing down you will need some good mufflers, or a cam that will not allow for much scavenging so leave em home :beer

Decible reading? regarding exhaust? If the car left the factory "Loud" I need to detune it? To quiet it down? Pray tell?

That system would pass with no problems. The pipes look louder than they actually are. I highly doubt anyone will ever put out the steam needed to build a Race Hemi Dodge or Plymouth.
