New Rules in place June 30, 2021

I'll be posting bits and pieces of the New Rules that will go in place on June 30th. The New Rules will incorporate the addition of all year MuscleCars 1955 to present. Please feel free to comment on any of the updated rules you see posted below. Final changes may be made before we publish the new complete rules package on June 30, 2021.

What you see listed may or may not be final. Chris, Ted and myself are looking forward to any feedback and also suggestions. Thank you again for choosing SuperCar Races. The leader in Stock Appearing Drag Racing.

First proposed update to the SuperCar Rules package.

SuperCar Racing is for 1955 to Present MuscleCars built in United States and Canadian assembly plants. Factory lightweight cars built for sanctioned drag racing, 2 Seater SportsCars, AWD MuscleCars and dealership built/modified cars are not eligible to participate in the SuperCar Stock Appearing series, but are eligible to compete in the SuperCar Xtreme Exhibition Series. Cars must have been originally equipped with a minimum of four-barrel carburetion and dual exhaust.

Going forward we plan to run all cars that come to play that have soft compound tires, excessive modifications and sports cars together. They will experience the pro tree and brackets we love to run. For our yearly MIM / S/C New vs Old we will run all cars together.

It will be and should attract ppl to stock appearing when they see how good we can run without the “goodies”

Our Goal is to give everyone who wants to come out with a 1955 to present MuscleCar and even SportsCars a place to race. We also don't want to dilute the Stock Appearing class with cars that don't qualify. Having a racer build a combo that was never even built by the factory or even a guy wanting to run drag radials come out and race wouldn't be right for the guys and gals doing it to the rules. Our goal is to not turn away the guy or gal who dreams up combo's like a Tri Power Vette with aluminum heads and an Auto, a racer who has a stock looking MuscleCar with an LS swap, or the Biscayne with a combo not available from GM. We want to give a home for all year muscle and sports car owners that want to race in the leading MuscleCar Series on the East Coast. No matter what who see or hear on the web, the show field or track, No one is being turned away at SuperCar Races.

Hope to have my 454+ powered 1976 Corvette in the SuperCar Xtreme Exhibition Series.
Perfect example of a phantom car since the last year for a big block Corvette was 1974
Probably not this season, way too much to get done,including the engine install and racing my Chevelle.
Looking forward to seeing who races in this class..
