Hi Ryan I hope this email finds you well. I am sending this message to inquire about a track day for my series. I run a Drag racing series called the SuperCar ShootOut American MuscleCar Drag Racing. My members are avid car enthusiast with not only drag cars but Road Course worthy iron in there stables. We have talked about Lime Rock and bringing the group to Lime Rock for a track day. I wanted to inquire about what would need to be done to have the group come out to Lime Rock. If you would be kind enough to either give me a call or send me an email with what is needed, fees and dates that would be available. Hi Ralph, Thanks for reaching out and happy to help. Are you interested in running a date in 2016 or 2015 to start? We do have a bunch of dates in the first three weeks of November if you’re interested – you could even get a day where you can run unmuffled, which can be very difficult to get earlier in the season. All of our other dates are run muffled, which is 86 decibels or less as read by a decibel meter from our EMS building as the cars drive by (about 50 feet from the car). I am all fired up for a 2016 date. Karen's tires are pretty worn down so I won't feel bad about chewing them up a little before getting new ones. I assume we would be there with other people not associated with us. Do you have any info on special equipment we or the cars might need like roll bars on convertibles? |

We would be there on our own as a group SuperCars and Mopars In Motion. 4 hour rental with 35 cars. The cost for the whole deal would be around $9000.00 That works out to $300.00 a car or less. We would hold the insurance and have instructors for the group. |

Mark your calendar, our SuperCar Track Day is tentatively set for Lime Rock Park, Thursday June 16, 2016 from 9AM to 5PM. We will have four 20 minute track session this is full day event. The cost is $330.00 per car and driver. I will have an entry form available and will need a head count of who is in. This is open to all novice and experience drivers. Who is in? |
