Just another newbie here who found this site by way of the Yenko.net site. I have seen these cars up close at Englishtown and Atco and love everything about them. I look forward to every event and hope to see them again this summer.
I have owned a few musclecars over the years, nothing like what is discussed on this forum but, I am proud of what I have. I have been around cars all my life; my Dad had a 1969 Shelby GT500, 2 Trans Ams and I have owned 2 1970 Z28's, 2 1969 Corvettes, 1 1968 Camaro SS/RS 396 and now own a 2002 Z06. I love all brands of cars, I don't car if it's a Ford, Chevy, Mopar; you name it I can appreciate all of them.
Hopefully I can do this right an attach a picture of my current 1969 Corvette.

Thanks for the welcome, I think I'm going to enjoy hanging out here. BTW, I purchased my Corvette in Connecticut, maybe someone on this site is familiar with the car and could provide some history? :shrug

The car was stored in West New Haven by the owner. I found the car through Ebay but, made the purchase after the auction had ended. The previous owner's name was Bob (I don't recall his last name) and I seem to recall that he was a mechanic at a local Honda dealership.
It is a real factory black (900 code) car and is equipped with all original parts as far as I can tell. I bought the car in May of 2006 and drive it as weather permits.

I'll be sure to bring it next time you guys run at Atco; although I don't think my car can hang. Now, would I like to build it into something with a little more "oooph", you bet. The only problem is the car is 100% numbers matching and I'd hate to do anything to hurt the value of the car.
