Hello all- just joined! I think you all need to see some new muscle whoop on your Mopar jalopies LOL! :lol:

Kidding aside, I've known Ralph since the late 80's when we would cruise the 'Pike. A great guy. I think he had a '69 Mustang and a GTO but just bought his first Mopar, a GTX I believe. Some of you may know me by my black-cherry and silver-striped '72 Mustang fastback that I owned for 20 years or from Southington's 'Music On The Green' series where I worked the car shows there for 13 years.

I sold the '72 when I got into the new (2005-up) S197 Mustangs. My latest one is a keeper: 2007 Shelby GT500 :aok in my sig pic.

Had a great time at the SuperCarRaces Lebanon Valley and I look forward to many more with all of you. :drive

welcome aboard, you will be perfect for the MUSCLE CAR ELIMINATOR class! my wife has a 09 GT500 Conv. she raced at LVD!
Hope to get her out there again :-D

Glad to be here!
First time ever launching and racing the car was at your SuperCarRace! Best E/T was 11.84 while braking near the finish line so I wouldn't break out, and best mph- 122.
The car should run 11.50's after some practice. Mods are Stage 2 (smaller supercharger pulley, CAI, tune and plugs) from Evolution Performance.

Here's the 2005 Mustang GT I had which ran 13.70's first time out totally stock (including tires) and CAI (with stock 87 octane tune) which I drove daily:

Here's the '72 fastback I mentioned earlier- I owned this for 20 years and was the car I terrorized Ralph in at the Pike back then... :lol:
I raced this at New England Dragway and Lebanon Valley- it ran 12's with its 351C-4V.

Thanks Ted, I raced in that class it was great! I had a blast. I think I saw your wife's car, is it white? That's really cool that she raced!! :gears

Hello, I think I remember seeing you and your Mustang at LVD, If Im thinking of the right car you were there pretty late and went pretty far in eliminations. Parked right behind Ralphs rig right near the tower? :pop :drive :aok

I'm on Mopar Muscle Hiatus for a while and picked up this thing to hold me over. Actually looking back, the number of late model mustangs I've owned now ties the number of Mopar Musclecars, so no stranger for the modern blue ovals, this is my second Cobra.

Procharged and intercooled, 10# boost making 420 RWHP (for now), 5 Speed, big disk brakes, all aftermarket suspension, drop top, not to mention other niceties like leather, A/C, cruise and a good stereo. Irregardless of brand, thats a hell of a lot of car for the money.

I'm shopping for a 6 point bar right now......

:lol: , I think Chris is alottle confused. He needs to fill that void where the Duster used to be. He changes cars like I change underwear....maybe alittle to much information,but you get the picture. I hear a Duster is for sale over seas, maybe you could buy it back?? :roll
