I don't spot coat panels, I do the entire thing. Most of the filler ends up being sanded off.
And now... block sanding hell.

| Finished welding and grinding finally, spread some duraglass on he seams today. However, found some rot holes stuffed with plastic filler. :bang One in the lower rear corner of the driver's door. The others are in the lip of the rear wheel well. http://i.imgur.com/b1suftH.jpg http... |

| That's the next order of business. Very tedious process. I am hoping to chip away at it this week. Then start the body work. My personal goal is to be painting it no later than the last week of May. |

| #7 is going to need a sleeve, and the pistons are junk. Still can't complain about a free engine. |

 Every time I think I have a plan, something happens...
A 69 square port 427 fell in my lap - free! The guy wants the aftermarket intake manifold, valve covers, and roller rockers once i remove them. But, everything else is mine. Looks like the Malibu is going to be a COPO tribute.

| Not much new to report. The entire car is ready to be blocked, except for the doors. Still have to cut the mangled quarter off of the driver's side. (Dreading that) |
