I found some metal issues that need to get fixed. The heater box leaked and rotted a hole in the firewall. There is also a crack in the firewall that needs to be stitched up. DSCF9648.JPG So I stripped out the carpet and most of the stuff under the dash so the firewall insulation wouldn't light up. ...

So I have one 350 block with messed up splayed caps that has been sitting at E&G for months now. They don't seem excited about getting it done. I also have a virgin 4 bolt block I was going to bring down to my local guy but he's so backed up he said to call in a couple weeks, and he doesn't have...

I'm kidding, I know exactly what to do. In Oct we headed out on a foliage cruise when a tap under the hood turned into a knock in a few miles. So the car was taken off the road, numbers L-82 engine plucked and put on a storage stand for later and disassembly of the front end started. This is what it...

I also wanted something with a pedigree instead of another clone. I came across this 74 Z on craigslist. In the past I owned a 73 ...

I'm in the market for a stock bore 4 bolt 350 block. Yes a Chevy. I would prefer a later 1pc seal block but would entertain an older one.

Still had juice until UI cut the lines Sunday AM (2 hours before family arrived for a week visit). Ha...

Looks like a great time and nice weather too. I would have liked to made it up to this one to at least visit a dragstrip once this year but alas, the kids football game will win out every time. There is always spring.
