It's alive!!!!!! 37lbs oil pressure at idle, runs cool like it did before bouncing of the thermostat. The only issue was when I was priming the engine I had a 1/4 drive extension and a Allen socket to drive the oil pump. I didn't want the socket to come off the ext WAY DOWN THERE! Degreed the cam and installed the heads. The passeger head wasn't sitting down nice and flat. So i took it off before tighten it down. Pulled the new cometic gasket off to see if the dowels were bottoming out with the thinner head gasket. Nope, but the rivet holding the head gasket together was gett... |
