Mr Easy, In your stock - street - strip motor "Standard" Autolites or NGK plugs are the way to go. Autolite 85 is what I use in my stock Big Block cars. Firecores work real good. Make sure to get your SuperCars discount from Rick. |

Check your Helmet and Fire Jacket make sure it is upto date- HELMET RULES Be sure to check that snell sticker on you old helmet because NHRA rules for 2009 state that "any car running 14.00 and quicker in the 1/4 mile requires a Snell K98 or 2000 or newer OR SFI 41.1A helmet (see complete list... |

number 1 qualifier should get more pts . Same as a round, with #2 getting half. And #3 getting half again etc... Until u get to 1 point for the remainder. Some racers might be just in it for the low ets. Also some pts for setting the et record. :agree low E/T of the event and top MPH of the Event |

I agree Hal , At every SuperCar 2 day events we allow at least one additional round of qualifing on the second day. Also it is never mandatory that you attend both days. At our two day events we have plans to run a Saturday program that include qualifing for Sundays main event. |

Mike just to clarify the 3 tenths rules is similar to what we have now. If you qualify at one E/T and in elimination you run 3 tenths quicker you are disqualified. We have had a couple of racers in the past qualify at a slower E/T on purpose, just to be paired up with a car they know they can out ru... |
