Is it a stock block juan? hello Ted, yes, it's a 69 date coded 440 block punched 30 over. i didn't have to shave a lot off...just a little to round it out as it had an edge that was hitting the round cut out in the block..no biggie..it was fun to do. although, using a thread chaser to clean up the ... |

Thank you for all the input fellas. I went with a mini starter from a 1991 Dodge Dakota-bought from Autozone for $65-after I returned the core. I had to grind/file down the body of the mini starter a little to get the bolts to line up. It works well and it's much lighter and easier to put in the car... |
